TERMS OF SERVICE

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Logicworx Electric disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY – 1 Year Warranty. The contractor warrants that all workmanship performed shall be free from defects and completed in a professional and workmanlike manner. This warranty remains in effect for a period of one (1) year from the date of substantial completion, subject to normal use and excluding misuse, abuse, or unauthorized alterations.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Logicworx Electric shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or related to the use of our services or products.

EXCLUSIONS

Logicworx Electric shall not be liable for any damages caused by:

  • Acts of God

  • User error

  • Damage caused by unauthorized changes to electrical systems

  • Misuse of electrical systems or equipment

WARRANTY FOR MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT

All equipment and materials are subject solely to the manufacturer’s warranty and shall be warranted, registered, and honoured in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms. Materials supplied by the Customer remain the responsibility of the end user, including timely product registration at the time of installation. Logicworx Electric Ltd. makes no independent warranty on such equipment or materials and shall not be responsible for labour, removal, reinstallation, or other costs associated with any manufacturer warranty claims.

SCOPE OF COVERAGE

The warranty and guarantee provisions shall apply only to the materials and services provided by Logicworx Electric, and shall not include any third-party materials or services. The warranty and guarantee shall not cover any damages or losses resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse or neglect

  • Acts of God

  • User error

  • Unauthorized changes to electrical systems

  • Misuse of electrical systems or equipment

NOTICE REQUIREMENTS

In the event of a warranty or guarantee claim, the Customer shall provide written notice to Logicworx Electric within one (1) year of the date of delivery of the defective materials or services. The notice shall include:

  • A detailed description of the defect or issue

  • A copy of the invoice or receipt for the defective materials or services

  • Proof of payment for the defective materials or services

Logicworx Electric reserves the right to inspect the defective materials or services and to request additional information or documentation as necessary to process the warranty or guarantee claim.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between Logicworx Electric and the Customer, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

CHANGES TO TERMS

Logicworx Electric reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time, without notice.
